Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Taif Al Emarat. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple, clear, and transparent return and refund process

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products purchased in-store must be returned to the same branch where the purchase was made.

  • Products purchased online must be returned through the online store return process.

  • The product must be unused, in the same condition as purchased, and securely wrapped in its original packaging, along with the original invoice.

  • All tags, labels, and accompanying materials (including samples or booklets) must be intact.

  • This policy does not apply to items purchased during promotions, discounts, or special offers.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our delivery department.

Please ensure the package is securely sealed and clearly labeled before collection.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Online payments will be refunded to the same account and payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Cash refunds will be processed in cash, where applicable.

  • All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction.


Important Notes

  • Returns that are used, damaged, or incomplete may be rejected and returned to the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a product defect or an incorrect item supplied by Taif Al Emarat.

  • Exchange rate fluctuations are beyond the control of Taif Al Emarat and will not be the company’s responsibility.
